Form S-4 Publicly Filed with US Securities Investment & Exchange

Amcor Limited (“Amcor”) today announced that the Registration Statement on Form S-4 (S-4) under The Securities Act of 1933 of the United States has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in relation to the previously announced transaction pursuant to a new holding company, Amcor plc, will acquire all of the shares in Amcor and subsequently acquire Bemis Company, Inc (“Bemis”) in an all-stock combination by way of a merger of Bemis into a subsidiary of Amcor plc.

A copy of the S-4, which will serve both as a proxy statement for Bemis shareholder voting on the
transaction, as well as a prospectus for Amcor plc, is attached to this announcement.
