Amcor has recently received a request from Hassle Free Share Sales Pty Ltd for a copy of Amcor’s share register, which includes the names and addresses of Amcor shareholders.

Under the Corporations Act, Amcor is required to provide the requested information to Hassle Free Share Sales Pty Ltd.

Amcor is aware that Hassle Free Share Sales Pty Ltd has recently made unsolicited offers to shareholders of other Australian listed companies for their shares at below market prices.

If any unsolicited offer is made by any company to Amcor shareholders for their Amcor shares, shareholders should carefully consider the documentation provided by the company making the offer and obtain independent financial advice before taking any action regarding their shares.
