Your Role in Unpacking Possibilities

We're looking for dependable, safety-focused team members who take pride in producing quality work. As a Production Associate (Inspector Packer), you'll inspect products, package finished goods, support production operations, and help maintain our high standards for safety, quality, and food safety.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect products for quality and defects
  • Package products to customer specifications
  • Complete production documentation
  • Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Willingness to work overtime and varying shifts as needed
  • Work either day (6:45 am – 7:00 pm) or night (6:45 pm – 7:00pm) on a 12-hour rotating shift.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to follow work instructions and procedures consistently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, stack, and move materials
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing production demands and keep up with the production speed
  • Dependable attendance and work performance
  • Willingness to work overtime and alternate shifts when needed

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and requires:

  • Frequent standing and walking
  • Repetitive hand and finger movements
  • Stooping, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional team-assisted lifting of items exceeding 50 pounds
  • Exposure to manufacturing equipment, noise, and industrial conditions
  • Hearing and visual acuity sufficient to safely perform job duties
  • Ability to wear required PPE and comply with all safety standards

Additional Requirements

  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work overtime as business needs require
  • Ability to work varying schedules and shifts
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift, if certified and authorized

Hourly Statement

The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $19.50; however, after completion of introductory period may be eligible for additional compensation. $2.00 differential may apply to night shift.
