Job Description

As a member of the North America HR Shared Services Team, the Field Payroll Administrator II (FPAR) is responsible for administration of a subset of HR programs in their focus area. The FPAR II aligns very closely with the Payroll Center of Excellence team that they are supporting.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Administrative tasks for all Time and Attendance processes
  • Maintains advanced knowledge of all Time and Attendance plans and program designs for union and non-union facilities
  • Managing and monitoring timecard manager approvals, timecard sign-offs, accrual management, final pay, data validation, historical edits, generating/exporting reports, creating hyperfind queries, cost center transfers, creating schedule groups, and editing attendance module  
  • Reviews employee data forms and reports, interprets entry requirements and completes complex data entry in HR technology solutions
  • Responsible for creating and updating team process documents and contributing content to knowledge-based tool for HR
  • Assists in creation of mass communications based on Time and Attendance programs
  • Provide assistance to HR Service Center team members via phone and cases as needed
  • Engages with Payroll and field HR team members to continually grow knowledge, and receive/provide feedback
  • Supports consistency and applies a continuous improvement framework to program implementation and administration
  • Acts as tier II support for assigned HR programs via case management system (Service Now)
  • Time and Attendance program compliance
  • Participate as a performer on various projects for assigned HR programs
  • Train new team members and be subject matter expert
  • Continues to advance Amcor business knowledge in and outside of HR

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • 2-4 years of Human Resources/Payroll experience
  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Human Resources,  Business Administration or equivalent
  • Program administration experience in complex and large scale organization preferred
  • Moderately skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Workday, Service Now, UKG, ADP and/or Share Point preferred
