Job Description
Program Overview:
The Amcor Flexibles North America Finance Rotational Program is designed to develop future finance leaders through hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure across a global organization. This 18 to 24 month program provides recent college graduates with the opportunity to build expertise in financial analysis, pricing, plant finance, accounting, and business partnering while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.
Through three rotational assignments, participants gain broad exposure to key areas of Finance, develop technical and leadership capabilities, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within Amcor. The program offers challenging work, direct exposure to business leaders, and opportunities to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Program Structure
Over 18 to 24 months, participants will complete three rotational assignments, gaining experience across multiple areas of the Finance organization, including:
Commercial Finance
- Pricing Analysis
- Customer profitability
- Business strategy support
Plant Finance
- Manufacturing cost analysis
- Operational performance reporting
- Plant P&L management and forecasting
General Accounting
- Finance reporting
- Account reconciliations
- Accounting foundations
Additional Development Opportunities

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with financial data.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, internship, or work experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
