You'll have a direct impact on employee engagement, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and influencing business outcomes through people-focused solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Champion and promote Amcor's strong commitment to safety and our safety-first culture.

  • Partner with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence to deliver a seamless HR experience and resolve employee questions and concerns.

  • Support business process improvements and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

  • Promote employee well-being by supporting Amcor's health and wellness programs.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and administrative support for performance management processes.

  • Process HRIS and payroll transactions, generate standard and ad hoc reports, and provide meaningful data analysis to support business decisions.

  • Lead employee engagement efforts, including surveys, focus groups, action planning, and follow-up activities.

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and new hire orientation.

  • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and career growth initiatives.

  • Lead and contribute to HR projects and business initiatives that drive organizational success.

  • Mentor and support the development of less experienced HR team members.

  • Execute key initiatives on the HR Roadmap, including employee relations, employee engagement, talent management, and culture-building efforts.

  • Develop and improve efficient, repeatable HR processes that enhance service delivery and employee experiences.

  • Partner with Corporate HR teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

  • Use data and analytics proactively to identify trends, provide recommendations, and influence business outcomes.

  • Deliver results against annual goals and objectives.

  • Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to solve problems and implement effective solutions.

  • Contribute to workforce and organizational planning efforts that support long-term business goals.

What Makes You Successful

We're looking for someone who excels at building relationships, influencing others, and balancing employee needs with business objectives. You bring:

  • High energy, a sense of ownership, and a results-driven mindset.

  • Proven HR knowledge and the ability to apply HR best practices in real-world situations.

  • Experience leading through change and helping others navigate it successfully.

  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

  • Solid analytical skills and confidence using data to drive recommendations and decisions.

  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.

  • Solid business acumen and the ability to connect HR initiatives to organizational goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • 5 or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.

  • Experience leading projects and driving initiatives across teams and functions.

  • Solid knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday and/or Kronos.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

  • Experience in employee and labor relations, with the ability to support a positive and productive work environment.
