Job Description
This position is responsible for recruiting production/operations positions, along with being a trusted business partner and adviser to Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and Candidates throughout the United States. They are responsible for owning the Amcor hiring process for manufacturing sites and providing flawless execution of the talent acquisition process.
What You Get To Do
- Lead and advise Hiring Managers and HR Partners on the standard recruitment process by aligning on hiring needs and recommending recruitment strategies
- Source and phone screen candidates, which includes outbound sourcing of passive candidates
- Recommend candidates for next step in recruitment process or disposition accordingly
- Strategically partner and develop relationships to learn the business and an overview of the manufacturing positions
- Recommend creative sourcing solutions
- Support various mass volume hiring events and career fairs
- Identify ways to simplify and increase efficiency in talent processes
- Participate in employer branding activities as needed (i.e. community events, school programs, etc.)
- Drive and recommend solutions to increase the candidate experience
- Support diversity, equity and inclusion
- Manage third party recruiters as needed by setting expectations and timelines
- Support various team projects
- Lead the initiative to increases and promote a High Performing Culture by creatively branding, attracting, screening and hiring top talent.
- Travel as needed to manufacturing sites; minimum of annually to non-local sites

What We Want From You
- Bilingual - Spanish is required for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of related recruiting or HR experience preferred OR 2-4 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in operating computer systems and maintaining organization.
