Job Description

To provide mail delivery services among the various Amcor facilities throughout the Fox Valley locations.  This role will be responsible for either the North or South routeCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail for the Amcor mail room. Must be cross trained in various Office Services duties as well. 

What You Get To Do

  • Executes daily mail and delivery pickup and distribution activities.
  • Daily pick-up and delivery of Amcor intercompany mail and shipments to assigned route.
  • Coordinates the exchange of incoming and outgoing Amcor Company mail.
  • Continuously sorting mail during mail route execution to ensure mail addressed to locations gets to the location at the next scheduled delivery.
  • Process outgoing mail utilizing the third-party service United Mailings.
  • Process Fed Ex shipments
  • Partner with manager and location customers to communicate about and troubleshoot delivery efficiency opportunities (i.e., bad weather delays).
  • Oversees care and maintenance of assigned delivery vehicle. 
  • Coordinating receiving, sorting and distribution of all Amcor PO Box mail. 
  • Facilitates certified mail process.
  • Distributes international mail and shipments in accordance with international shipping requirements supported by Amcor Trade Compliance.
  • Coordinates the organization of the mail room, including distribution lists and addresses to ensure mail is sent accurately.
  • Ensures appropriate supplies are maintained. 
  • Distributes and collects mail within Oshkosh HQ facility.
  • Positive customer interactions with key mail stakeholders at all locations, including excellent service provided to ad hoc requests.
  • Support projects and other office services projects as they arise.

What We Want From You

  • Associates Degree or 3+ years experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of Amcor loations within assigned delivery area preferred
  • Valid Drivers license and excellent driving record
  • Ability to lift/handle up to 30lbs daily
  • Pleasant personality and professional manner to create a positive corporate image
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Contact with vendors, and other visitors.
