Join Amcor as a Quality Technician and play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you’ll perform inspections and testing, verify compliance with specifications, and support continuous improvement efforts—all while working in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule Options:
Monday- Friday 2nd shift (3p-11p)
Monday-Thursday 12 hour Nights(7p-7a)

Starting Pay $22.39 +$1.50 Night shift premium
Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked
What you’ll do:
Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
Perform visual and precision dimensional inspections using various tools and equipment
Conduct product testing and accurately record results in required systems
Monitor equipment and processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Identify and report safety, quality, or environmental concerns, including near misses
Complete documentation for material release, shift reports, and quality records
Prepare certificates of analysis and support product release activities
Verify calibration of measuring and testing equipment
Support in-process quality checks and collaborate with production and maintenance teams
Assist with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure alignment and issue resolution
Educate and support team members on quality standards and procedures
Represent the quality system during customer tours and audits
What We Want From You: Lead the Pack
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with inspection tools and quality testing methods
Experience working with electronic systems (e.g., AS400 or similar platforms)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate across production, maintenance, and engineering teams
Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
Commitment to safety, integrity, and quality

Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
Perform bending, twisting, climbing, and reaching as needed
Maintain alertness to ensure a safe work environment
Ability to visually inspect fine details (up to 1/16 of an inch)
Capable of walking, sitting, standing, and navigating stairs or ladders
