About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Operations Intern to support the Global Flexibles commercial operations team in delivering the GFPS Commercial Excellence agenda. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Commercial Operations Director and Commercial Operations Manager to support pipeline analytics, reporting, dashboard management, data quality initiatives, and commercial operating rhythms across Global Key Accounts (GKA), Strategic Marketing & Leadership Teams (SMLT), and Commercial Excellence (CE) teams.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain and update Salesforce (SFDC) pipeline reports and commercial dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the preparation of monthly pipeline reporting packs for senior leadership reviews by consolidating inputs from multiple Business Groups and Business Units.
  • Assist with pipeline performance analysis and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Data Quality & CRM Management

  • Support data cleansing and data hygiene activities within Salesforce.
  • Identify and flag incomplete records, inconsistent sales stage information, and missing next steps.
  • Help improve the quality, reliability, and usability of commercial pipeline data.

Commercial Operations & Cadence Coordination

  • Coordinate recurring commercial operating rhythms, including pipeline review meetings and reporting cycles.
  • Schedule meetings, track attendance, and maintain action logs with clear ownership and deadlines.
  • Monitor progress of open actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Commercial Excellence Tools & Adoption Tracking

  • Monitor adoption metrics for AI-enabled sales tools such as Pipeline Coach AI and Highspot.
  • Maintain adoption trackers and reporting dashboards with updated usage data.
  • Support the broader Commercial Excellence agenda through reporting and process improvement activities.

 

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to create clear, professional presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proactive communication skills and the confidence to follow up with stakeholders across different functions.
