YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Human Resources Development & Training Planning
• Analysis of training needs in collaboration with business units and
managers
• Annual planning of training initiatives
• Design and further development of training programs
• Support for employee development in accordance with
Group guidelines
Training Management & Implementation
• Selection of training providers and partners (e.g., Chamber of Commerce and Industry, external trainers)
• Coordination of internal instructors and trainers
• Implementation of the LMS, including digital learning formats
• Communication of continuing education opportunities
• Coordination of completed training programs and certifications
• Evaluation of training initiatives
Employer Branding, HR Communication & Employee Retention
• Responsible for HR communication and engagement
• Contribution to employer branding
• Development of employee retention initiatives
Partnerships & Talent Acquisition
• Establishment of partnerships with universities and educational institutions 

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree, e.g.: - Business Administration (with a focus on HR/Human Resources) - Business Psychology
• Alternatively: comparable qualification with additional training in human resources
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of 
- Human Resources Development / Training & Development
- Talent Management or Learning & Development
• Knowledge of:
- Vocational training (e.g., the IHK system)
- E-learning / Learning Management Systems (LMS) 
- HR systems (Workday)
- Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Certification as a vocational training instructor (AEVO) is a plus
