JOB PURPOSE 

As HR Manager for our Novy Bydzov plant, you will play a key role in supporting the site’s transformation journey and enabling business growth through impactful people strategies. Partnering closely with the Plant General Manager and Management Team, you will drive change management initiatives, strengthen organizational capabilities and ensure the plant has the right workforce and skills to achieve its operational objectives. 

This is an opportunity for an experienced HR leader with a can-do mindset, who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing stakeholders and making a tangible impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment. 

As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you will lead a team of four experienced HR professionals and contribute to shaping the future of the site. 

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner 
    Partner with the Plant General Manager and leadership team to align HR priorities with business objectives, support decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness.  

 

  • Lead transformation and change management initiatives 
    Drive organizational changes, improve ways of working and support the plant’s transformation journey through effective communication and employee engagement.  

 

  • Build workforce capabilities and support business growth 
    Lead workforce planning, recruitment and talent development initiatives to ensure the plant has the right skills and capabilities to meet future needs.  

 

  • Strengthen leadership, team effectiveness and employee engagement 
    Lead and develop the HR team, while driving initiatives around organization design, leadership development and Front-Line Manager effectiveness. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS 

  • 10+ years of HR experience, including a senior HR leadership role.  

  • Strong experience in  production site environment, ideally in an international company.  

  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team, creating alignment, empowering people and driving results.  

  • Proven experience in change management, organizational transformation and stakeholder influence 

  • Ability to operate both at plant level and within a broader HR community, combining local business partnership with a wider strategic perspective.   

  • Solution-oriented, hands-on and can-do mindset, able to navigate complex challenges and deliver practical solutions. 

  • Fluent in Czech (C1 / C2) and Professional English (B2 and above), with strong communication skills.
