Sales Graduate Program

 

 

The next program will start in October 2026 and will contain 3 international rotations across Amcor plants & offices in Europe. The contract and first rotation will be based in Lugo, Italy.  

 

Take on a Challenge!

 

As an European Graduate, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of a sales function, contributing to plant-based operations while also actively participating in central European projects, including those focused on sustainability and the recycling-ready journey. With the guidance of your Manager and Supervisors, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills across diverse projects, collaborating with stakeholders from various backgrounds, experiences, and seniority levels. Our program seeks creative and driven individuals who are passionate about learning, embracing challenges, and contributing to a more sustainable future, all while navigating ambiguity and change.

 

We are looking for a sales rock star – person determined to build their long – lasting career in the sales function. During the program, you will:

  • get well rounded business experience, following I champion our customers approach
  • deep dive into the packaging industry, understanding Amcor’s value proposition
  • understand how the flexible packaging plant operates and support customers by working alongside customer service team
  • learn how to navigate market changes and it’s influence on the sales by supporting commercial team in activities like pricing, contract manager or business analytics
  • get involved in the AI driven pricing project
  • support marketing colleagues (leverage sales knowledge to understand customer needs and translate into insights and actions).
  • Support Global Key Account Manager in partnering one of our most strategic accounts :
    • build strong relationships,
    • craft compelling presentations and reports,
    • follow NBO/new projects implementation,
    • update sales actions pipeline (SFDC) 

 

 

What do you need?

 

It’s a good start to have the following:

  • Master’s degree in sales management, business development, business administration, business management, international business, management or related fields.
  • Up to 5 years of working experience in the sales, customer service, commercial related positions (might be gained via internships)
  • First experience working with customers (retail, consultancy, help desk etc)
  • Fluency in English, Any additional European language as a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point. Interest in digital tools appreciated.
  • Some knowledge of Power BI or any CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) as advantage
  • Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
  • Flexibility & adaptability

  • Good listening skills & ability to understand customer needs

  • Full permanent work permit in the EU
