The starting location will be in Zell, Germany followed by the rotation in Lohne, Germany.

As an Amcor Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives – by supporting plant-based daily activities as well as being exposed to regional projects, together with your Manager and Supervisors. You will have a chance to prove your skills on different levels, getting involved with selection of projects and collaborating with various stakeholders with different background, experience, and seniority. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.
In your role as Project Management Graduate, in the Moulding Shop Team you will :
- Get well – rounded understanding of production processes for rigid packaging applications, by working closely with Managing Director of 2 German plants
- Collaborate cross – functionally with production, engineering , quality and R&D teams during various projects, focused on design, process improvement and automation
- Implement new, standardized processes, ways of working and project principles by leading the setup of a new project management team on the location
- Ensure knowledge transfer between two mould shops in Germany, allowing standardization and best practise sharing
- Participate in the process of designing, building and sampling of new products and solutions
- Perform root cause analyses in case of issues, suggesting improvement actions
- Support end-customers in case of escalation, coordinating various teams to fix the problem
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented processes, analyse available data to monitor projects success
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Degree in any technical or engineering field (e.g. industrial engineering, production engineering, process engineering etc)
- Internship or work experience within industrial environment, ideally managing end-to-end projects, from project planning, stakeholders’ mapping, project execution, managing project charts and success measures
- Understanding of project management tools and methodologies as a must, with project management certificate (e.g. Prosci) as an advantage
- MS office advanced knowledge including Excel expertise requested , Power BI, Power Automate skills
- Ability to translate data into easy and visual concepts
- Fluency in English and German required
- Collaboration skills and ability to work in a multicultural team
- Proactivity and ability to deliver results, while keeping flexibility of working effectively with different stakeholders and priorities
- Adaptability & open mindset, ability to think outside of the box while looking for the solution
- Willingness to travel and work across Germany
- Permanent work & residence permit in Germany
