YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating material master records, bills of materials, and work plans
• Coordinating performance- and production-related data with the production department
• Handling telephone and written correspondence with customers, representatives, and suppliers
• Preparing the production schedule
• Creating work orders for production
• Ordering paints, raw materials, packaging, and supplies via SAP
• Managing the cash register
• Managing office supplies
• Monthly efficiency reports
• Answering the switchboard

PREREQUISITES:

• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and products
• Business training
• Proficiency with standard Office applications
• Strong English skills

• Diligent, meticulous, and reliable
• Able to work independently
• Assertive
