Job Overview
As a key team member of the Commercial Excellence RPSI department, review, improve and document processes, reports and tools. Assist sales users and CE team to improve data reliability and build meaningful reports and analysis.

Accountabilities
- Data management (customers and products allocations, sales adjustments) & users access management
- Define or redefine formal processes related to existing tools; Write corresponding procedures
- Automatization of processes whenever possible (sales adjustments for example)
- Support the CE team in Salesforce CRM deployment. Define new reports / dashboards and run analysis
- Ad Hoc analysis as requested

Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 2nd Year University degree in applied economics, business administration, Finance, engineering or a related field
- Experience in Power BI is a plus
- Fluent English and other European language preferred (Spanish and/or French preferred)
- Very good analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills, ability to think “out of the box”
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced and virtual environment
- Results oriented, accountable and a key team player
- Ability to work successfully in a matrix organization
- Very good capabilities in Excel and Data Management
- Open minded and flexible
