Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure an efficient and reliable purchasing and replenishment process for raw materials, supporting the overall performance of the Supply Chain Department and contributing to inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Dimensions & Scope
Site AF Alzira: 300 FTEs, revenue € 130 M;
Part of a 7 BU local team;
Direct reporting line to Gravure Supply Chain Manager.
Principal Accountabilities
- Analyze purchasing and replenishment needs for raw materials.
- Manage purchase orders and maintain regular communication with suppliers, ensuring proper follow‑up.
- Monitor and report supplier KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with inventory targets and contribute to stock optimization.
- Support the smooth functioning of adjacent departments through effective collaboration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities and initiatives.
Qualifications / Requirements
Formal Qualifications and Experience Needed
- Degree in Business Administration, Organization & Logistics, Production, Logistics & Supply Chain, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or replenishment roles, with direct supplier interaction.
- High English level (to be valued during the interview process).
Desirable Technical Competencies
- Advanced Excel proficiency;
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
- Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
