Supply Chain Graduate Program
Each year we are looking for around 10 Graduates interested joining our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The program will start in October 2026.

As an Amcor Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives – by supporting plant-based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your Manager and Supervisors. You will have a chance to prove your skills on different levels, getting involved with various projects and collaborating with several stakeholders with different background, experience, and seniority. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.
As a Supply Chain Graduate, you will get the opportunity to work with different plants across Europe and support the central and plant teams in initiatives and projects dedicated to planning capabilities improvement. Some of your tasks will be:
- Act as central liaison for KPI improvement projects in different sites:
- Service level (on time-in full), inventory, aged stock, on-time delivery (transportation)
- Support the plant teams through data analyses and continuous improvement techniques, help identify root causes and assist in creating action plans
- Oversee the execution of plant action plans to achieve its targets
- Assist plant achieving KPI targets by building a robust process infrastructure and take part in execution
- Support plant with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) implementation
- Get closely involved in plant scheduling and Customer Service planning flows with the ultimate aim of proposing process improvements
- Build and lead projects to optimize production, transportation and materials cost
- Once site planning know-how is acquired after 1-2 rotations, take on Central tasks that would support BG-level SC initiatives
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering, or business management ideally with the supply chain or production planning related courses
- First work experience/internship within supply chain or production planning, ideally in a manufacturing environment - up to 2 years
- Fluency in English is required. Any additional European language as an asset
- Project management capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (advanced Excel as a must have, Power Point)
- Power Bi knowledge, previous exposure to any ERPs like SAP as advantage
- Proven strong analytical skills & ability to implement structure in the processes
- Interest to build a career in the supply chain function
- First studying or working experience abroad as an asset
- Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe

- Full permanent work permit in the EU
