YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing the Quality Assurance department, including planning and implementation
• Conducting supplier audits
• Overseeing customer and system audits
• Further developing the QA system
• Further developing the QM system (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, BRC / IOP)
• Initiating quality-related improvements to products and processes / reducing complaints and internal holds
• Handling complaints
• Planning and conducting training to improve quality
• Improving customer satisfaction
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
• Preferably a graduate engineer, master craftsman, or technician, with a willingness to pursue further training in QA
• Good English skills, good computer skills
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge of the product range
• Knowledge of management systems
• Knowledge of hygiene management and energy management
• Knowledge of food materials
• Ability to work under pressure
