The Technical Sales and Development Manager lead technical sales initiatives and drives business growth through the development of packaging solutions at his Global Account(s) (GA).
This role bridges the gap between technical expertise (R&D) and commercial strategy (PLM/KAD), ensuring our offerings meet client needs, generate growth while aligning with market trends and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
• Develop and execute technical sales strategies according to the technologies and product categories as prioritized by R&D and PLM
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, leveraging business growth via the technical community at our GA.
Business Development:
• Identify the appropriate technologies to be deployed at the Global Account(s) for opening new market/business opportunities according to the Key Account Plan developed for each GA.
• Collaborate with GKAD and R&D teams to shape technical offerings based on customer feedback and market demand.
• Coordinate and monitor new products and technologies development
Technical Expertise:
• Provide high-level technical consultation during the sales process.
• In collaboration with R&D expert centers, translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with GKAD, PLM and R&D teams.
• Support the development of technical proposals, innovation meetings, and presentations.
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.

11. Meeting Facilitation – Organizing and leading regular meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
