Role Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of German customers, driving profitable growth through strategic account management, new business development, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supports regional sales strategy and strengthens Amcor’s market position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, building long-term partnerships.
Develop new sales opportunities and identify solutions aligned with customer needs, including bespoke products.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety, ISO standards, and CRM processes.
Skills & Experience
Proven B2B sales or account management experience (2–5 years), ideally in manufacturing or packaging.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of packaging products and the German market.
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
Fluent in German and English.
