PrePress Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Creating high-quality designs in graphical software for all external and internal customers in alignment with Amcor standards (Gravure and Offset techniques)
• Use of color management process in daily work
• Ongoing cooperation with the Product Development Department
• Making corrections to designs received from Customers
• Preparing files for finishing processes - e.g. embossing
• Performing checks on the compliance of files with production documentation
• Managing customers’ portfolio diversity
• Support and give advice to other departments and plants in the Amcor group

• Our requirements

  • Secondary or higher education - Graphics, polygraph or other relevant discipline degree preferred
  • Experience as a DTP/PrePress specialist
  • Expert knowledge in working with Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop) and ArtPro
  • Knowledge of printing technologies, especially Gravure, Offset, Flexo
  • Very good knowledge of tools used in the DTP process
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Accuracy and precision in operations
  • Ability to analyze problem and to advice best solution
  • Collaboration – understanding others and respecting their views
  • ESKO Web Center / Automation Engine software – will be additional benefit
