Atria, a leading Scandinavian producer of refined meat products and meal solutions, has recently introduced Amcor EasyPack for their range of sliced meat and cold cuts.

Launched in both in Denmark and Sweden in a horizontal format, the new packaging was in response to customer requests for more user friendly packaging.

"We carried out consumer tests of different pack types to identify packaging that fulfills our customer's needs. Amcor EasyPack stood out as it received the highest overall rating of all test packs. Amcor EasyPack is not only easy to open and reclosable but the concept also allows an elegant presentation of our products on the consumers dining tables," explains Maria Schmitt, Category Manager at Atria Chark & Deli.

Amcor EasyPack is suitable for a wide range of products and adds to consumer convenience in many different ways. By using Amcor EasyPack there is no need to re-pack the meat into plastic containers once the pack has been opened, which saves valuable space in your fridge.

Amcor EasyPack is easy to open by any member of the family. Simply peel back the airtight flap, pull out the tray and place it on your kitchen table. If you don't consume the contents in one go, just push the tray into the pack again, remove the adhesive tape and press the flap down.
