Contract Type: Permanent

Position objective:

Planning production orders with a view to maximum efficiency, economy and order completion deadlines. 

MAIN ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE EMPLOYEE IN THIS POSITION

• Responsibility for the current production plan
• Responsibility for fulfilling monthly plans and prepared sample plans
• Recording completed tasks in the Navision system
• Maintaining technical documentation in Navision
• Checking the availability of materials in the "Order Movement" plan
• Approval of material receipt with the purchasing department, checking that material receipt deadlines are met
• Coordination and control of the order approval process
• Reporting on order fulfilment
• Checking the turnover of work in progress
• Cooperation on resolving work in progress and deviations

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE AREA:
•    Cleaning the workplace and designated areas

•    Compliance with occupational safety and fire protection principles
•    Use of PPE specified by the employer
•    Participation in training and mandatory examinations; undergoing regular medical examinations.•    Within the scope of their powers and competences, they are responsible for compliance with all defined quality requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar position
• University degree in a technical field
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and SAP
• Technical and analytical thinking
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Stress resistance, quick decision-making, flexibility
• Effective communication
