Expertise in flexible plastics recycling
Amcor Circular Polymers has the capability to reprocess a range of flexible plastic materials, including LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE. We handle both pre-consumer and post-consumer polythene sourced from commercial, industrial, retail and agricultural sectors.
Our newest facility includes the first wash plant and recycling line in the UK designed to process both flexible and rigid plastics. Using an advanced purification process, the plant produces consistent, high-quality recyclate suitable for various applications such as storage boxes and collation shrink films.
Through our network of waste collection partners, we can support the reliable and efficient transfer of your materials to our sites for processing.

Leading technology in rigids
Our leading-edge recycling technology for rigid plastics reprocesses a wide range of scrap and waste plastics into high quality, homogenized materials. The state-of-the-art reprocessing center - including wash and separation plants - cleans, sorts, shreds and/or granulates a wide spectrum of recyclable plastics to produce superior raw materials for all molding requirements, including injection, blow and extrusion.
We now also offer our CleanStream® recycling technology to mechanically process domestically recovered household waste polypropylene (PP) back into food-grade packaging. Automated sorting and decontamination processes, that integrate online sensor technologies and machine learning algorithms, are able to produce consistent quality food-grade recyclate that meets the stringent requirements of international standards.
