About the Opportunity:


Accountable for the support of the Program Management Office Team in tracking status of Program deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables; Program level risk and issue coordination;  and assist in the implementation of standards across the organization. A Jr. PMO Analyst ensures the data capture, logging, analysis and interpretation to provide accurate reports related to budgets, schedules/plans, resources and risks within the business portfolio.


Internship Assignments:

  • Creating, managing and disbursing reports related to the project
  • Maintaining project assets, communications and related database(s)
  • Manage Program level Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository
  • Reviewing and reporting the PMO’s portfolio budget and finances
  • Assist in analysing PMO related metrics and data analysis
  • Foster the use and compliance of standard practices, tools and methodologies
  • Support PMO team with communication plan

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management  or a related area
  • Must have at least Sophomore standing at time of application
  • 3.2 GPA or higher, cumulatively
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future
