Reports to (Title):   Maintenance Supervisor

1. Job Overview

To coordinate the PM, TPM, Calibration and die cleaning work as scheduled.

2. Job Dimensions

  • Maintain PM, TPM, and Calibration schedules
  • Serve as back up Maintenance Lead as needed
  • Assign and perform calibrations
  • Work with production planning, maintenance supervisor and maintenance lead to coordinate, plan and schedule PM’s and calibrations and die cleanings.
  • Coordinate PM and TPM tasks with TPM technicians.
  • Scan all PM and Calibration documents and post on shared drive in a timely manner
  • Take monthly hour meter readings from all machines and post on shared drive schedule
  • Coordinate, communicate and participate with maintenance team on PM, Calibration and die cleaning.
  • Attend weekly Planning meetings
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation is conducted on all planned work. ( pm, calibration, die cleanings)
  • Maintain Screw and Barrel report
  • Participate in daily troubleshooting and repair work as required.
  • Must be available for department record keeping audits as required.

3. Qualifications/Requirements

3.1 Formal Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven mechanical aptitude (evaluated by an interview and a hands-on evaluation)
  • Must have knowledge of 240V/480V safety considerations

 

Education and Certifications

  •  High School Diploma and/or equivalent preferred
  • Technical Diploma or Associates Degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance or approximately 3-5 years work related experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical fields in an industrial facility preferred
