How we develop you?

The Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East and Africa (AFEMEA) Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills and unwrap your expertise with an international packaging leader offering you a unique working experience in an innovative and diverse environment.

The Graduate Program is an 18 month development opportunity consisting of three rotations of six months each. Each rotation is based at one of our plants across Europe.

AFEMEA is committed to recruiting and developing graduates to ensure that we have talented co-workers in our business helping us turn challenges into opportunities.

Each successful applicant will be offered a permanent contract designed to provide hands-on learning with one of our AFEMEA teams. You will be involved from day one, working on projects where you will be encouraged to actively participate in decisions that have a direct impact on our business.

All things considered, the AFEMEA Graduate Experience offers an ideal platform to jump-start your career on a winning team.

Our recruitment process

You don't want to stand still in your career. You want to grab new opportunities with both hands. You want to explore new possibilities and take your skills to brand new territories. You're ready to shine - and by joining us at Amcor, you'll be in exactly the right place to do this.

Aim high. Think big. Go far. It's time to get ahead.

The application journey, step-by-step:

  • Step 1

    Video Interview

Successful candidates will be asked to do a video interview.

    Summary

The video interview will give us insight into your background and experience. This will help us assess your suitability for the program.

  • Step 2

    Telephone Interview

If we think you’d be a good fit for the program, the next stage is a telephone interview.

    Summary

At the telephone interview stage, we will ask you more detailed and specific questions about your previous professional experience, competences and skills.

  • Step 3

    Psychometric Tests

    Next are the psychometric tests.

    Summary

Psychometric testing will give us a more detailed insight into your numerical, verbal and inductive thinking abilities, as well as your work preferences.

  • Step 4

    Assessment Centre

Final stage – the assessment centre.

    Summary

The assessment centre is the last step of our recruitment process. You will be invited to one of our AFEMEA locations and stay with us and other candidates for a full day. You’ll be able to demonstrate that you’re the right pick for us by taking on a number of challenging exercises. It will also give you a chance to find out more about AFEMEA and meet some of the people that work with us. If you are successful you will be offered a permanent contract according to the applicable laws of the respective legal entity of the hiring country within AFEMEA.
