Our Commitment to a Sustainable World

PET is the most easily and widely recycled plastic material in the world. Post consumer PET material is commonly used in the manufacture of fabric, carpeting and strapping as well as into PET containers.

An early believer in PET recycling, Amcor PET Packaging developed the technology to reprocess consumer recycled PET bottles back into PET containers. This closed-loop recycling technology produces SuperCycleTM for use in food and beverage applications, and NuCycleTM, for non-food applications. Amcor’s PET recycling technology is available for select licensing opportunities.
