Amcor Flexibles manufactures a range of laminations for packaging tablets & capsules.  Our technical expertise includes the Black Box® computer modeling tool that simulates blister film thermoforming to predict blister pack performance over a range of thermoforming parameters.

Barrier Forming Webs and Lidding for Blister Packs

• Cold form foil for very high barrier protection and excellent forming characteristics
• ACLAR® laminations for medium to very high barrier protection
• Duplex & Triplex PVdC-coated PVC for medium to high barrier protection
• Chlorine-free coex COC films offer 40% weight savings

CR Overwrap for Blister Packs

• Puncture & child resistance for use with non-CR push-through blister packs
• Fold & tear notch or scissor opening
• LLDPE sealant contains a slip modified surface for use on VFFS equipment

Laminations for Strip Pack & Sachet Applications

• Polyester Foil or Paper Foil laminations
• Tear open, notch or scissors opening
• CR structures available
• Rotogravure or flexographic printing up to 10 colors for high impact graphics
