Hospital Sterilisation Monitoring & Tracking

The Calivac sterilisation monitoring device, together with the Sterigest tracking system, allow full integration of sterilisation cycle control with traceability.

Calivac independently records the validity of each steam sterilisation cycle. Data can be down loaded for direct comparison against process data recorded by the autoclave during the sterilisation cycle. The Calivac probe measures:

• Cycle pressure
• Cycle temperature
• Cycle time

Sterigest is a complete tracking and traceability system for any steam sterilised packs or instruments. Sterigest allows the retrieval of the complete product/pack history, including:

• Who packed the product & how it was packed
• When the product was packed & processed, and which steriliser was used
• Which department or individual used the product, and the name of the patient treated with the product/pack contents
