Entering this competition assumes that you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. These Terms & Conditions confirm that, in entering the competition, you certify that you have read, understand and agree to comply with our Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
Amcor reserves the right to change its Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice. Amcor also reserves the right to change the methods through which iPods are claimed.
TERMS
I. INFORMATION
1. Valid Information.
(a) All users shall provide accurate information about their identity.
2. Accounts.
(a) Users are not allowed to have multiple accounts. All multiple accounts found to be fraudulent and which violate these Terms and Conditions will be placed on hold.
(b) Only one account is allowed per postal address.
(c) Amcor reserves the right to block any email address.
II. OFFERS
1. Lottery and termination
a) One user who has entered the competition will be selected, by lottery, approximately every 2 months.
b) The competition will terminate on 3 October 2008, unless Amcor in its sole discretion extends the duration of the competition.
2. Eligibility
Users must satisfy the following criteria to be eligible to enter the lottery:
i) Be over 18 years of age;
ii) Not be employed with or a consultant to Amcor or any of its related companies;
iii) Reside within Europe; and
iv) You must have purchased and used an item packed in packaging using the E-Close system.
III. ORDERS
(a) After a user is selected by the lottery, Amcor will notify the person by email and will take measures to ensure that the user receives his/her iPod within a reasonable amount of time.
(b) On occasion, products may be back ordered from the supplier or the manufacturer. In cases involving backordered products, products will ship as soon as they are made available.
IV. DELIVERY, RETURN AND AVAILABILITY OF IPOD
1. Delivery
(a) All orders are mailed to the address provided by the user at the time the user enters the draw to win the iPod. It is a user's responsibility to verify that the address provided is correct.
(b) If a user does not receive his/her iPod, then he or she should contact Amcor and confirm that the postal address given was correct. Amcor is not responsible for lost iPod stemming from incorrect postal addresses, theft, erroneous deliveries, mishandling during packaging or delivery to the incorrect address.
Amcor will take measures to ensure a timely receipt of product, but cannot guarantee the delivery time or availability of the iPod.
2. Return Policy
If the iPod is found to be defective, the user should consult the warranty information included with his or her free item. Amcor is not responsible for the repair or replacement of defective products.
3. Availability of iPod
a) Amcor is not responsible for the availability of a product. A product may be from time to time backordered, in this case, we do not guarantee delivery in a timely manner.
b) Amcor reserves the right to change or remove the iPod offered on the web site at any time.
