Fresh Produce Packaging

Amcor’s Fresh Produce business is founded on an innovative technical platform that delivers real points of difference to the Fresh Produce Supply Chain – from the grower through the importer to the packer, retailer and consumer.

The business has many different forms of packaging – from venting packs to allow easy cooking in microwaves, to large crate liners that offer protection and shelf-life extension through transit. Film on the reel, pre-made bags and pouches are all made in Amcor’s factories.

There is a specific range of films that addresses the environmental impact of packaging – NaturePlus – and a series of pack innovations that reduces the weight of packaging.

P-Plus is a product that will work with any flexible film to tailor the packaging to the Fresh Produce contents and extend their quality and shelf-life.
