Cable Strip & Cable Duct

Amcor delivers unique laminates for cable strips and cable ducts. Our range of products include Aluthene as well as inflatable cable ducts.

Since our cable ducts are inflated with air, the laminate has to fulfill two important requirements:

• Outstanding flexibility to allow the laminate to be easily inserted and inflated in confined spaces
• Excellent burst strength to ensure that the film withholds high pressure over long periods of time and is robust against puncture and weight stress

Further to the above mentioned key characteristics of the laminate, our film solution provides the following benefits:

• Long shelf life
• Outstanding barrier properties against gas and air, which guarantees minimum transmission rates even in the sealing areas
