Completion of Ball Plastic Packaging Americas acquisition
Amcor announces today that it has closed the acquisition of Ball Plastic Packaging Americas (BPPA) following the termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period in the US.
3 August, 2010: The BPPA assets consist of five plants located throughout the US.
