AMVIG Holdings Limited
Shareholders in AMVIG Holdings Limited, at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 29 July 2008, approved two resolutions facilitating a further investment by Amcor Group in AMVIG.
30 July, 2008: The previously announced proposal for Amcor to acquire 78,300,000 shares in AMVIG for HKD 700 million will now be implemented promptly.
