Mr MacKenzie has extensive experience across all of Amcor’s major packaging business segments in the Americas, Australia, Asia and Europe. Joined Amcor 1992.
Former positions: Group Managing Director, Amcor Rentsch and Closures (2001 to 2005); Group General Manager Amcor Flexibles Australasia (1999 to 2001); General Manager Corporate Sales and Marketing, Amcor Containers Packaging (1997 to 1999); Senior finance and operational roles, Amcor PET Packaging North America (1992 to 1997).
Prior to joining Amcor, Manager Manufacturing Strategy Practice, Accenture 1987 to 1992.
Member of Executive, Nomination and Human Resources Committees. Appointed Managing Director and CEO July 2005.
Eric Bloom
President, Amcor Packaging Distribution

Joined company in 1995 as Chief Operating Officer. Appointed President in August 1999 and CEO on January 1, 2002. Prior to Amcor Sunclipse, held various senior and regional management positions at Moen Incorporated and Price Pfister since 1982.
Julie McPherson

As both an investment banker and a lawyer, Mrs McPherson has broad experience in corporate governance, finance and commerce. Admitted as a solicitor in NSW and admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia.
Prior to joining Amcor, Mrs McPherson has held executive, legal and commercial positions, including Company Secretary and General Counsel at Goodman Fielder, Deputy Managing Director of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Partner, Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
Company Secretary since April 2005.
Billy Chan

Joined Amcor in April 1993 and was promoted to his current position in 1995. Prior to this, Mr Chan spent 10 years with Carnaud Metal Box including the position of Managing Director AMB Packaging Pte Ltd (a joint venture company with Amcor since 1985) and Managing Director Carnaud Metal Box Packaging Pty Ltd.
Leslie Desjardins
Executive General Manager Finance

Joined Amcor in 2007 from GM Holden Ltd in Melbourne where she worked as CFO and Executive Director Finance, responsible for all GM Holden financial activities. Immediately prior to this Mrs. Desjardins was Controller and Executive Director for GM North America in Detroit, Michigan. Mrs. Desjardins joined GM Canada in 1978 and held various positions within the GM organisation in Canada and the Unites States before moving to Australia in 2005.
Nigel Garrard
President, Amcor Australasia

Mr Garrard joined Amcor as Managing Director of Amcor Australasia in May 2009 after an extensive career in the consumer goods industry.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, with 9 years at KMPG, Mr Garrard also acted as a Corporate Adviser for 3 years before beginning an 18 year career in the food industry.
Mr Garrard spent 10 years with US based, Chiquita Brands International, where he held a range of positions in Australia and New Zealand including Managing Director of Chiquita Brands South Pacific Ltd. He joined the publicly listed SPC Ardmona as Managing Director in 2001. During his 8 years with SPC Ardmona he oversaw a number of mergers, acquisitions and international expansion ventures.
The SPC Ardmona business was acquired by Coca Cola Amatil in 2005 and Mr Garrard was Managing Director of CCA’s Food & Services Division before joining Amcor.
A former Chairman of National Food Industry Strategy Ltd and former Director of Australian Food & Grocery Council, he is a current Director of Victorian Relief Foodbank Ltd and has been involved in a wide range of industry associations.
Bill Long
President, Amcor Rigid Plastics

Joined Amcor in July 2002 following Amcor's acquisition of Schmalbach-Lubeca's global PET and Closures businesses. Mr Long held various positions within Schmalbach-Lubeca, including President & CEO of Plastic Containers Americas and was previously Vice President and General Manager for Latin America at Johnson Controls Inc prior to its sale to Schmalbach Lubeca in 1997. At Johnson Controls he was also Vice President of Sales and Marketing USA PET and Director of Operations PET Europe, responsible for the start-up of JCI's PET business in the early 1990's. Prior to this, he held various regional and plant management positions in various cities across the businesses bought and merged into the Johnson Control Inc Group.
Peter Brues

Former positions: President Amcor Flexibles Americas 2003-2006; Vice President Operations, Amcor Flexibles Europe 2001-2003; Vice President Strategic Development, Amcor Ltd 2000-2001; Director Operations, Amcor Flexibles North America 1998-2000; Chief Financial Officer, Amcor Twinpak North America 1996-1998; Corporate Controller, Amcor Twinpak North America 1994-1996; Prior to joining Amcor Mr Brues was a Senior Associate with KPMG 1990-1994.
Ralf K. Wunderlich
President, Amcor Flexibles Asia Pacific

Mr Wunderlich joined Amcor in January 2010 after extensive experience internationally, in executive general management and finance roles, within the flexible and rigid packaging industry.
Ralf's most recent roles prior to Amcor were President & Managing Director LINPAC Packaging Ltd, President Alcan Global Tobacco Packaging and President of Alcan Packaging Asia and Pacific.
Ralf is also a Non Executive Director of AptarGroup Inc., a supplier of a broad range of dispensing systems listed at NYSE.
John Murray

Joined Amcor in April 1999 after three years as Investor Relations Manager with National Mutual Holdings and eight years as an Analyst for National Mutual Funds Management. Previous positions include eight years as a Chemical Engineer with Alfa-Laval and 18 months as an institutional dealer for stockbroker AC Goode. Appointed General Manager Corporate Affairs April 1999.
Steve Keogh

Joined Amcor in January 2006. Previously held a number senior HR management roles within BHP Billiton, the world’s largest diversified resources company. During his career with BHP Billiton, Mr Keogh worked in Australia and the US in senior Human Resources positions in the minerals and steel businesses and was appointed Vice President HR for BHP Minerals in 2000. Following the merger of BHP and Billiton in 2001, Mr Keogh held HR responsibilities for significant parts of that organisation, including senior executive resourcing projects and executive remuneration for the BHP Billiton Group. He has extensive experience in international HR management.
